Clean lines and visual transparency are the design hallmarks of this apartment building. By combining extensive use of glazing to the streetscape the structure does not impose on the streetscape but is immersed within the natural surrounding green elements of the site. The entrance is also unimposing yet solid appearance and this is further complemented by the strong external architectural horizontal features.
